Five products of our own
eManagement Pro, Nextum, NOC, Timbr.it and Hydra are not projects on a drawing board: they are in production every day, in the companies that use them to work. Whoever builds and maintains their own products learns things a reseller never learns.
A systems line
Support, business continuity and managed security, with client infrastructure under our NOC around the clock — and a recovery drill every quarter, with a signed report.
Research since 2017
Seven research and development projects, with grant calls, reviewers and audited reporting: from industrial plant management to computer vision applied to manual work, all the way to environmental data. Not slides: prototypes and technical reports.
Infrastructure of our own
The systems we deliver run on infrastructure we administer ourselves, down to the metal. When something goes wrong we don’t open a ticket with a vendor: we open the console.
Where we are
In Chianti, and wherever it takes us
Our offices are in Greve in Chianti, just south of Florence. The work, though, happens where the process is: at our clients’ companies when there’s understanding to do and things to get started, remote for everything that remote does better, and in our control room for the watch, which keeps no office hours.
We started somewhere small and specific — the Chianti — and the circle widened on its own: clients from Florence, from Tuscany, from the rest of Italy. And today from France, Portugal and Croatia too.
On this site you will find no client names, no logos, no success stories: discretion about who relies on us is part of the service, like everything else.
How we work
A written method, and things put in writing
The method is always the same, in four steps: understand the process, design the solution, build the tool, keep watch. We tell it in full on the What we do page; here it’s enough to state the consequence: we don’t sell software off a catalogue, and we don’t sign quotes on processes we haven’t seen.
And we write. Proposals arrive as documents to argue over, support requests are tracked with a number and a status, recovery times are agreed in black and white, and the quarterly drills leave a signed report. What isn’t written down, with time, never happened.
Artificial intelligence, finally, is not a department for us, nor a slogan: it’s inside the analysis, inside the tools we deliver, and inside the way we build them. We were working on it before it became a fashion, and our research line documents it.
