Timbr.it is our attendance product: it collects clock-ins where the work is and carries them all the way to the export files used by whoever runs your payroll. This page is the anteroom: the full story lives on timbr.it, and those already using it sign in at app.timbr.it.

You clock in where the work is

• Web, Android and iOS — from the browser, from a phone, from the tablet by the entrance.
• GPS, QR and NFC — the clock-in carries its location with it, or goes through a code posted on site, or a tag you tap.
• Even with no network — where the signal doesn’t reach, the clock-in is recorded all the same, and syncs as soon as the network is back.
• Multi-company — a single installation serves several companies, each with its own employees and its own rules. Working hours are defined freely, even across midnight.

Job orders and departments: the change is a clock-in

Hours are attributed to job orders and departments in the most honest way there is: a change of job is a clock-in — NFC, QR or plain — made by the employee at the moment the work changes. Nothing is deduced after the fact: if the change isn’t clocked, the hours aren’t attributed. The figure that reaches the office is the true one, not an estimate.

Anomalies block nobody

An anomalous clock-in — out of hours, out of place, unmatched — stays where it is, with a mark that makes it plain to see. There is no queue behind it: it doesn’t stop the employee, it doesn’t stop the office, it waits for nobody’s signature.

And during validation, clock-ins are never touched: the validator records the day’s hours by reason code, and the clock-in stays what it is — the fact and its reading live on two separate planes.

Validated hours come out in the files payroll bureaus actually use:

• TeamSystem — RILPRE format
• Zucchetti — FOGPRE format
• INAZ — DATRILEU format

And for everything else: Excel, CSV and PDF.
