eManagement Pro
It isn’t an ERP. It’s your ERP. The platform we use to build the ERP that follows your processes, not the other way round. It shares its database with Nextum: the two work on the same data.
Every company has a way of working of its own, built over years of craft. Off-the-shelf ERPs ask you to abandon it: you buy the package, and then you bend the company to the package. We do the opposite. eManagement Pro is the platform we use to build the ERP on top of the processes you already have: first we understand how you really work, then the tool takes that shape.
The platform bends, the process stays
What is fixed in other ERPs is working material here:
- Tables and fields — registries, items and documents carry the information your work needs, under the names you use. If a piece of data matters to you, it’s there; if it doesn’t, it doesn’t get in the way.
- Printouts — documents come out laid out the way you want them: the form your clients and suppliers know, not the one a piece of software decided.
- Flows — operations follow the real steps of your process, in the order they actually happen in your company. It’s the ERP adapting to the work, not the work adapting to the ERP.
That’s why we say it isn’t an ERP: it’s your ERP. Two companies running eManagement Pro don’t have the same ERP; they have two — each built on its own way of working.
The same database as Nextum
eManagement Pro shares its database with Nextum, our web management system: the two work on the same data. An activity recorded on one side shows up on the other, with no exports, no overnight alignments, no double entry.
The two products are converging: if you use eManagement Pro today, you’re not left behind — you get there. In the meantime they live side by side, and each does what it does best.
And then we stay
A made-to-measure ERP lives as long as the company that uses it. That’s why we don’t just hand it over: we maintain it ourselves, grow it when the process changes, and keep an eye on the infrastructure it runs on. If you want to see how we work, start here; if you want to talk about it, write to us.
