What this site does (and doesn’t do)

The site is made of static pages: it has no sign-up areas, requires no account, uses no Google Analytics or other measurement tools based on personal data, and carries out no profiling of any kind. There is no advertising, and no social sharing buttons that track your browsing.

As a consequence, the only data processed is the data described below.

Browsing data

As with any website, the systems hosting it record in their technical logs some data whose transmission is implicit in Internet protocols: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, outcome. This data serves exclusively the operation and security of the service (legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller) and is kept for the technical time set by the hosting provider; it is not used to identify visitors, nor matched against other sources.

Web fonts

The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts servers. In doing so, the browser transmits its IP address to Google, as with any resource loaded from an external server; the service sets no cookies. It is the only external resource this site uses.

Data you send us

If you write to us — by email, by phone or through the contact page — we process the data you give us (name, contact details, content of the request) for the sole purpose of answering you and handling what follows from the request (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request). The data is not passed to third parties, is not used for promotional mailings, and is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any obligations arising from it.

Your rights

Within the limits of articles 15–22 of the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, and you can object to the processing itself. Writing to info@becare.it is enough. If you believe a processing operation breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

This site uses no cookies. The dedicated page explains it in two lines, because two lines are enough.

Updates

If the way the site works changes — for instance with the activation of new tools — this notice will be updated first. Version of 28 August 2026.
